Today was my first day at the United States Olympic Education Center (USOEC) and it went well. 9 hours full of tours, meeting people, more tours, and oh yeah, in heals the entire time! Needless to say as much as I enjoy dressing up and hanging out in heals, I am actually looking forward to slipping into khakis, a polo, and tennis shoes (I never thought I’d say that line). The team I will be primarily responsible for will be the Men’s Greco Roman Wrestling team. The weather has been teasing me up here. The forecast has been calling for rain/thunderstorms since yesterday and they have finally arrived! Its not a thunderstorm, just a pleasant rain. I’ll take it. Time to go to bed to the sweet sound of a summer rain.
