Picture: The People’s Festival in Lower Harbor.
Needless to say the People’s Festival in Lower Harbor was not quite what I was expecting. Comparing to the other events I have attended here in the U.P., this gives “small” a whole new meaning. 7 tents…let me rephrase that: 7 camping tents, a few other tents that fit a picnic table under and that’s it. I was one of 11 guest/visitors there when I went at 2pm. Whoah. Do I even need to say that they didn’t have the pie plate I was looking for?
Oh well. It was a beautifully afternoon to wander through downtown Marquette and around the Lower Harbor.
Suppose to be a very clear week, weather-wise so hopefully I can get some good runs in this week :)
